TriDi 2.0

File management software for the Court of Accounts of Córdoba

The Court of Accounts of Córdoba developed a complex file management software but did not prioritize user interface of any kind due to the lack of user centric techniques. I provided that service among others.

Problem

The team behind TriDi invested all its resources in an MVP that could work. However, the process did not consider the user’s perspective in any way. My task was to find new designs prioritizing the users.

I created a new and modern design system along with new interfaces for the main screens with the aim of making the user experience more user-friendly The process involved two iterations.

Solution

System design

I created a comprehensive design system with functional components to simplify prototyping. It included a color palette, typography, buttons, menus, and other elements.

Process design

The current design does not take into account the user’s needs or behaviors. The visual elements waste space that could be utilized for the dense amount of information involved in the screens. The new design prioritizes and reorganizes information, placing the user at the center.
